Knex Wolverine Claws

In anticipation for this weeks release of X-Men Origins: Wolverine, I wanted to share my set of Wolverine Claws I made entirely from Knex pieces. I made these the day after I saw the first X-Men movie back in 2000. I saw my brother's knex pieces scattered across the floor and then POW! I had a vision, I could make some bad ass claws with these pieces. I was rather pleased with the outcome, of course if I would ever try to stab someone with these they would immediately explode. Still working on making them fully retractable.

Watchmen: Ozymandias

Heres a drawing I did of Ozymandias from the Watchmen. Saw the movie twice in theaters and was completely blown away. The first time I saw it I had mixed emotions at the end, maybe because I over analyzed it. I then reread the graphic novel and saw it again in IMAX and just let myself go in the experience and thoroughly enjoyed the film, especially Dr. Manhattan's origin sequence. I understand some of the criticisms it received, being too long, awkward sex scene, meh. Didn't bother me one bit. I truly believe this is a film that requires multiple viewings and will be appreciated more over time.
